the 2nd weekend in zim!

This weekend was wonderful! we went to a wildlife park abd stayed in an extremely fancy chalet. we had our own cooks and swimmingpool! it was insane, we even had a spectaculair view on the hills from our bathroom. So while having a bath you had view on the mountains(and it was a warm! bath)
on saturday we did a game drive in this awesome safari jeep. we went off-road all the time to get as close as possible to all the animals. we saw wilderbeasts, giraffes, rhinos, impalas, pumba, monkeys, sables and zebras! the tourguid had brought food for the rhinos so that they came really close. i even touched one from out of the jeep. after that we got out of the jeep and walked around near the rhinos. that was really nerve-wrecking. what was really miraculous was Simone playing guitar for one of the rhinos. the rhino was extremely in to it! at one point the rhino was so comfortable around simone that he was able to touch it! and according to the this had never happened before and it was really rare that the rhinos stayed around for that long.
it was again an amazing weekend :)
Today we are going to Harare, the capital. We are going to meet the mayor of harare and are going to do some sightseeing in the city.
